Dr.Kinzer graduated in 1981 from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, MN.

He has been treating patients in Central Minnesota since that time. Dr.Kinzer has certificates in the areas of Impairment Rating, Sports Injury, Cancer Recognition, and Industrial Consulting. Dr.Kinzer is married and has six children.

He is also involved in the American Cancer Society, and the Knights of Columbus. He is actively involved with his church, and his family.
